We are dedicated to looking after our landlord’s needs. We will advise you on all aspects of letting out your property which include legal requirements and we will make an appointment to visit your property. We will then give you advice on rental prices and any certificates or requirements that are needed by law.
We will also arrange any certificates (Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, etc) to be carried out by our qualified maintenance staff if you require this. We also give you the option to arrange this yourself if you would prefer.
When a maintenance issue arises within your property, we will carry out all the necessary repairs or if you prefer to carry these out yourself then we will give you this option as well.
